At the top of the “Quality/Customer Centric/Price” list is our new home at Northridge Crossing here in Greece NY built by Sortino Properties.  Joe Sortino was a joy to deal with; he really cares about the quality of the product and your pocket book.  Yes your pocket book!  As you decide what extras you want he explains the pro and con of each, the price range of the extra, which helps the consumer reach an informed decision.  He and his sub-contractors built our dream home.  Speaking of sub-contractors; each of them was cut from the same mold as Joe, “Honesty-Respect-Integrity”.  Put another way Joe and his sub-contractors listen to you and do not give monosyllable answers.  Other builders would take 2 – 3 phone calls to get answers. Joe just one phone call! Joe and his sub-contractors treated us like we were the most important thing in their business life.
